Welcome to my blog! I hope you find some recipes you can enjoy that are 100% vegan and cruelty free. Each week I will be posting a new recipe along with some myth-busting facts about being a vegan (such as the cost, health concerns, and overall perceived difficulty). I have been a pescetarian for about 3 years now, and a vegan for 2 years prior to that. Currently, at home I only cook and shop for 100% vegan meals.
This blog is a collection of meals I have made myself and have tweaked throughout the years. They are very easy-to-make recipes and no more expensive than a meat-eater’s grocery bill (I guarantee!).
